Thank you for your interest in Membership with the Women of the Roundtable (WR). Part one and Part two will serve as reference, and is yours to keep. The Application and Questionnaire forms must all be filled out in their entirety, and mailed to:

Eligibility Requirements
Before you complete this application, be sure to meet the following requirements:
Possess high standards of personal integrity and accountability
All applicants must:
- Fill out the WR Application and Questionnaire in its entirety.
- Submit Application and Questionnaire to Membership Director as indicated above.
- Include a check for $325.00 ($75 one–time application fee; $250 annual membership) to The Women of the Roundtable for membership dues.
- Undergo an interview process.
Membership Criteria
- Attendance at dinner events. Once you are approved, we take your membership and commitment seriously. The Membership Committee reserves the right to terminate the membership after more than three (3) unexcused absences. WR is committed to excellence and strive to provide WR members with personal and business results. You have invested in WR and we are determined to provide with you results, attendance of WR members is a requirement.
- Desire to support and mentor other women.
- Belong to other network groups.
- Currently active in business in South Florida area.
- Tolerance for a diversity of opinions and communication styles.
Refund Policy and Notifiction
Applicants will be notified of their acceptance to membership via writing and/or telephone call. Please be advised that if approved, the start date of your membership is the date of your application and check date. Once you become a member, you will pay the membership rate for all dinner and events. In addition, you will receive a packet with information as to how to upload your information online.
Cancellation Policy for Dinner and Quarterly Events:
WR event coordinator provides the Restaurant (venue) with the Paid RSVP list for the dinners and quarterly events Forty’Eight Hours (48) prior to the event. Thereafter, the food is allocated for the event. Therefore, we will not honor cancellations 48 hours after cut off period. We appreciate your cooperation in this matter.
WR reserves the right to amend its policies at the discretion of the Board of Directors.
